What is an allergy? Disease severity for both groups. Connecticut Based on the prospective study of 149 patients with neurodermatitis, it is obvious that neurodermaitits had a moderate influence on QoL of patients. QoL of most of (32.9%) our patients were moderate affected. The mean DLQI score in our study was 9.34, which was lower than previous report. Ermertcan AT found that DLQI score for patients in Turkey was 11.951. It can be explained by the limitation of patient selection. Patients included in the previous study were female only. In studies evaluating patients with chronic conditions, women consistently report poorer QoL than men7. Women were reported more pain8, more physical and psychological impairments9. Moreover, cases enrolled in the previous study were 43. When QoL affected by a specific entity was discussed, enough sample size will be more representative.

Topical steroids under occlusion, which protect the area from scratching fingers, and intralesional triamcinolone suspension 10 mg/mL are helpful. Tranquilizers and antidepressants have a role in treating underlying emotional difficulties if such conditions are present.
Quality Diseases of the genitourinary system Thick, scaly patches with deep skin lines occur when the skin is repeatedly rubbed J Allergy Clin Immunol. 1999; 103: 717-728 Coal tar as treatment for neurodermatitis has not been suspected of having a teratogenic effect. A retrospective study of 23 exposed women revealed nothing notable (Franssen 1999). Experimentally, coal tar products have, to some extent, demonstrated mutagenic or carcinogenic properties, but there has not yet been any indication of this in the longstanding and well-tried use of the group of substances employed therapeutically in humans.

Asthma-Related Mortality J Am Acad Dermatol. 1992; 27: 29-34 There is no laboratory test to establish atopic dermatitis. The diagnosis is based on the typical symptoms listed above. This requires a thorough discussion between the doctor and the parents or the sufferer as well as examination of the skin. Atopic illnesses in the family can be an important indicator.

In the prospective study, the outcome of 49 children of 37 liver-transplanted mothers was analyzed (Jain 2003). Two premature babies and one child with multiple anomalies died; one newborn had a unilateral cystic kidney without urine production. In a retrospective analysis of 100 pregnancies with 68 live-born children, there were four with different malformations (Kainz 2000). Retrospective cases report premature twins of 32 weeks’ gestation. Both suffered from cardiomyopathy, of which one of them died (Vyas 1999). Among nine tacrolimus-exposed pregnancies, there were two with a small ventricular septal defect (Nagy 2003). An otherwise healthy premature baby who was exposed in utero to tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil demonstrated hypoplastic fingernails and short fifth fingers on both hands (Pergola 2001). There are rare case reports on the use of tacrolimus during pregnancy for other indications, such as refractory inflammatory bowel disease (Baumgart 2005).

  3. The typical localization of lesions in this age is antecubital fossae, hand dorsum and wrist joint region, popliteal fossae and ankle area, parotid folds, neck, torso. Neurodermatitis has a typical morphological element, it is papule, an appearance of which severe pruritus is preceded. Due to the grouping of papules skin in the folds becomes infiltrated with the pronounced intensification of a picture (lichenification). Color of foci is stagnantly red. Lichenification foci become rougher, dichromatic.
